Corporate History  

Beese Quast Design, Inc. was formed in 1992 as a full service Interior Design firm.  In the spring of 1994, BQD merged with the architectural firm Beese Design Group and retained the name Beese Quast Design, Inc. (BQD). 

BQD maintains a small in-house staff and a group of independent consultants to prepare design drawings and contract documents for construction.  Dennis Beese was a pioneer into the computer age, and the firm has used a computerized drafting system (CAD) since 1986.  This enables BQD to provide maximum service to its clients in terms of speed, accuracy and flexibility, resulting in the ability to respond to the changing needs of the design concept.

BQD has provided a wide spectrum of architectural and interior design services including:

 

• Architectural Services - from the pre-design phase through the post-occupancy phase for both new and renovation projects

• Architectural Maintenance Surveys - for existing facilities

• Construction Management Services - for construction and building projects both new and renovation

• Specification Writing - for all types of construction projects
