Salem Village

 

 

This seven unit condominium is situated on a half acre lot in down town Herndon, VA.  Although small in square footage, two story ceilings, loft bedrooms and imaginative use of space gives these units the feel of a much larger space. 

 

 

       

 

 

Although this project is only two blocks from the center of town, it is tucked away off the street affording maximum privacy to the residential units.  Built over 15 years ago, over half of the occupants are original owners.
