This small residential community is located in a quiet neighborhood in Herndon, Virginia.  The seven houses wrapped around the large cul-de-sac have a consistent New England Contemporary theme with many room combination variations.  Several of the homes include a third level bedroom or private study area.  The development was completed in the early 1990's.  This design concept has caught on in the region and now is a common feature offered in many area upscale developments.
