Basic Description:

This Frank Lloyd Wright - inspired design pays homage to the genius of America's greatest architect.  While based on geometric shapes, the basis of this design is firmly rooted in nature.  The house is designed to compliment it's site by the use of natural materials.  The floor plan integrates the indoors with the outdoors.  Two sides of the living room are French doors, that when opened merge the living room with the terrace and garden, and become one large area.  The family room/kitchen and the dining room also open to two terraces with built-in planters.  Stairs lead from the terrace to the garden.  Windows throughout the house afford a view of the outdoors and let in abundant natural light.

The seamless flow of space from room to room, as well as  from the inside to the out make this an ideal house for entertaining.

Lot intent

The Plans are intended for a flat lot but may be modified to fit a sloped one. A lower walk out level can easily be added to a sloped condition as well.
